This beautiful townhouse is located on the Carus Green Golf Course, just outside the market town of Kendal and only a short drive away from the Lake District National Park. Finished to an extremely high standard this house is perfect for those wanting to be near the Lake District and also the vibrant town of Kendal.
Let's also not forget this is the perfect place for you golf lovers! Visitors who stay at the townhouse can enjoy half price green fees at Carus Green Golf Course! With an 18 hole course, driving range, pro shop and golf simulator all on your doorstep you have everything you need to enjoy a golf holiday in the Lake District.
Onsite there is also the fantastic Carus Green grill restaurant only 50 metres away from the townhouse, you can enjoy delicious food from here throughout the day.
In addition guests at Carus Town House have access to the Sanctuary Leisure Club at the nearby Riverside Hotel. Facilities include swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.
On entering Town House No5. you will immediately see that this is a special property, on the ground floor there are two large bedrooms which can be set up as twin rooms or as king size rooms, whichever you prefer (see below for more detail on this). Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and large wardrobes for all your clothes. The first bedroom has a shower room immediately across the hallway. The second bedroom has en-suite facilities, with large walk-in shower.
The ground floor also has a utility room with separate washing machine and dryer.
Moving up to the first floor you enter the large open plan living area and kitchen, there's comfortable seating for all your party and a large screen TV with full Sky package (including sports and movies). With dual aspect windows, this room enjoys plenty of natural light.
From the living area you'll find the kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality Neff appliances, there's a large hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and even a wine fridge to keep your favourite bottle at just the right temperature. The dining table provides seating for 8 with comfortable high backed chairs. There is a small balcony overlooking the driving range with a table and chairs which is perfect to sit at and relax after a day on the golf course or hiking the fells.
Taking the stairs to the 2nd floor you'll find 2 large and luxurious bedrooms, again they can be arranged as twin rooms or king size rooms (see below). Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. One bedroom has a large walk-in shower room in the en-suite and the other is complemented by a double size shower and splendid bath.
Deluxe crisp Egyptian cotton bedding and towels are provided throughout the Town House, together with complimentary handmade toiletries from a local company called The Bath House. These details add to that extravagant feeling you get once you turn the key and walk through the door.

We had a fabulous weekend. The townhouse was great , high standard of accommodation and had everything we needed. Already planning to go again !
